We are currently seeking leads for a location in the Forest Grove area to hold the 2015 Winter Market .
The following requested location items include the following:
Low-cost rent, to no rent for 4 Sundays in Nov. and Dec.Space for 35 vendors/booths at 10×10 spaces, plus seating and music area (4,000 – 5,000 square ft??? I don’t know how to figure that out in sq ft?)
Space for 2-3 hot food vendors to be placed outside in parking area.
Access to lights & electricity (heat would be a bonus).
Access to restrooms and/or space for 2 port-a-porties
Ample Parking
Visibility – close to downtown core and/or main traffic ways in Forest Grove
Added bonus would be to store tables, chairs, and other equipment between events, but we could haul things back and forth as well.
Ability to hang banners on outside of building for promotions.
Ability to access building before hand for set-up and clean-up.
Would need to access building space from 9:00AM to 7:00PM each of the event days (Nov. 8, Nov. 22, Dec.6, Dec. 20)
