The governor Kate Brown,  signed Senate Bill 320 that allows for a food establishment located within residential dwelling to produce limited amounts of certain foods for sale without being regulated by State Department of Agriculture.  HB320 goes into effect on January 1, 2016.  DCCFW wrote a letter of support for HB 320.
